Search Part Number Field Only?   Yes      No

To search for the item reference number, leave out the prefix HW and just put the number itself in, without leading zeroes and select No.

Individual word search

If you enter more than one word in the parameters, by default the system will search for that exact phrase. e.g. "Business Machines" will look for both words in that order separated by one space. If you want to search on multiple words anywhere in the database, select 'individual' below (this will potentially give you a large number of hits).
